Today, the market intelligence firm, Santiment, took to Twitter to share numbers about Polkadot (DOT) and Kusama (KSM). According to the post, DOT and KSM’s shared Github repository continues to be the most active regarding notable active development.
According to information from Santiment, DOT and KSM’s shared repository had about 538 submissions per day. At the end of the post, it was said that Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA), and Status (SNT) are the top three cryptocurrencies with the most important changes.
According to CoinMarketCap, DOT is currently trading at $6.22 after a 0.23% increase in price over the last 24 hours and after reaching a high of $6.24 over the same time period. Despite the cryptocurrency being in the green for the day, DOT is still down more than 3% over the last week.
DOT has also weakened against the two biggest cryptocurrencies in the market, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), by 0.08% and 1.08% respectively.
KSM is currently trading at $41.17 after a 1.20% drop in price over the last day. The crypto is also in the red by more than 5% over the last week. KSM ‘s 24 hour trading volume also took a bit of a knock as it is currently down 30.27% to now stand at $14,830,658.
The altcoin also weakened against Bitcoin and Ethereum by about 1.51% and 2.47% respectively. KSM’s market cap currently stands at $348,460,383, making it the 98th biggest cryptocurrency.
