About Globex SCI (GSI)

The project addresses difficulties that scientists, authors of scholarly articles, publishers and universities face:

  •  After buying an access to the platform, a user can read all journals published on the platform and get a payment for her articles.  
  • The platform will ensure by means of cryptography that the content is protected and authors get the reward for people downloading their papers.
  • Exchanging data through an aggregator will allow to diversify the content of journals and save money on subscriptions.
  •  The profit will be distributed fairly between a publisher and an author.

  • Creation of storage for scientific papers using our own servers on the basis of available Sci Hub database, optimizing text search in papers , setting up a prototype system of science paper storage in blockchain.

  • Testing demand through main communication channels and conclusion of preliminary agreements with science communities and universities, working out communication strategy and advertising campaign for years 2018 – 2019.

  • Creation of subsystem for downloading of new papers and accounting for requests.

  • Development of storage system for scientific papers on decentralized platform.

  • Creation of subsystem for collection of payment for accessing materials and subsystem for rewards to rights holders.

  • Involvement of three universities via direct sales and engagement of 200 000 science staff members, refinement of positioning, USP and improvement of product features, conclusion of contracts with main advertisers in pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.
