Step-by-Step Guide ''Alpha Road one-click AMM — Testnet Guide''

  1. To use Alpha Road on StarkNet, you will need to get your Argent X wallet. Argent is available to download on Chrome and Firefox, also for iOS & Android. Keep in mind that StarkNet is in Alpha and may experience technical issues. Follow Argent on Twitter & Discord for product updates or if you have any questions.
  2. After creating or importing your Argent X wallet account, make sure to select the network "Testnet" (Goerli). Remember to set up Argent wallet account recovery to secure your assets. If you lose your recovery phrase or someone steals it, you will lose access to your funds.
  3. You will need to Mint some TEST tokens through faucet.goerli.starknet.io. You’ll receive arfETH to play with the protocol. They are worthless and only available to play with ÐApps on StarkNet.

    ● If you were not able to Mint through the above link, you can try using the ArgentLabs Mint faucet portal.

    ● If you’re still not able to Mint, you can request 0.05 Goerli ETH Testnet funds on the Goerli Faucet with a free Alchemy account and use the Goerli.StarkGate.StarkNet.io Bridge to bridge Goerli ETH from Metamask on Goerli network to your Argent X wallet on Testnet (Scroll down and click on "I Accept" to launch the StarkGate Bridge). 

    * This is an Alpha version, as such, delays may occur, and catastrophic bugs may lurk. Completing a Goerli ETH → StarkNet transfer may take up to several hours depending on the congestion. It may take a while for your wallet balance to update.
  4. Now you’re ready to dive into the Alpha Road Testnet platform. Click on "Mint arfBTC" to receive arfBTC Test tokens. 
  5. You can now make a simple Swap. For example trade some TST tokens for arfBTC. It requires only ONE transaction thanks to multi-call support.
  6. Add Liquidity and see important information such as your pool share and the amount of LP locked on the “My liquidity” tab. If you click on “Show” you’ll have details of your position and an easy way to withdraw your liquidity.
