Our take

Almost 75% of Amica customers give it good marks for policy offerings and the company has the lowest number of complaints against it of all the life insurance companies Insure.com ranked.

If a company has a rate that is equal to its customer base, it receives a 1.0 score; if it has twice as many complaints as its share of the market, it gets a 2.0. Amica has a strong 0.17 score.

In Insure.com 2023 Best Life Insurance Companies, Amica ranked seventh with a 2.6 star rating out of five. Amica, a multi-line company, allows customers to bundle all of the basics of personal insurance – auto, home and life – in one place.
