Hello guys, have you ever encountered the following scenario:
One day, you find a great keyword on a competitor's website. It feels familiar, and you may have placed this keyword on a page of your website before. So you want to know whether this keyword has been indexed on your website.

To solve this problem, I went to GSC to try to find out whether this keyword has been indexed by google on my website.
So I got an "excel" file from a keyword download button in the upper right corner of GSC's homepage. After opening it, there was a list full of keywords on my website. I used the filtering function in Excel to filter out that this keyword was already in this appears list, but I don't know if this is correct and if the keywords are up to date.

Figure 1 is where I downloaded the keyword list in GSC
Figure 2 is the number of keywords I opened the keyword list downloaded from GSC,In this Excel list, there are 1001 keywords displayed.
Figure 3 is the number of keywords on my website that I searched with semrush,In semrush's "Organic research", only 164 keywords are displayed.

I don't know if this method of finding out whether a keyword has already appeared on your website and is indexed by Google is correct. And what is the reason for the huge difference in the number of keywords captured by semrush and GSC?

Do you have a better way? Humbly ask.
