Q. Can I connect multiple devices?
A. Yes for sure, you can connect and automate multiple devices easily without any issues. All devices will work simultaneously in proper manner

Q. Is Jolie suitable for Mother Child / Mother Slave growth method?
A. Yes for sure, as we have described above in Introduction part Jolie already has required important features for this kind of growth methods. You can simply login your child accounts in devices and follow same strategy you are using for other tools. The difference is Jolie will automate the actions on Real Phones instead of calling APIs.

Q. Do I have to root My Phones to use with Jolie?
A. No. You don't need to root your phones. Jolie works without root. Jolie will communicate with official IG app so there is no requirement for root access.

Q. What is the minimum requirement for Phones?
A. Any Android 6.0+ device that can run Instagram smoothly without lags it's usable with Jolie.

Q. What Instagram App version works best with Jolie?
A. Jolie mostly works with Instagram version 250+. We suggest using versions 256 and 258 because most of the features are tested and developed with those versions. But as we are working hard to make Jolie better we will eventually make it compatible with latest versions.

Q. What Brands and Models works best with Jolie?
A. Generally during development we have tested with different brands and models. Most brands and models work normally. But Devices with heavy Bloat ware and Additional Security can cause issues in some functionality. We recommend using phones which have very less bloat ware. So, prefer to use any device with less bloat ware. If you find issues in choosing devices, please contact us we will help you to choose better option. Your good choice will be to go for Samsung and OnePlus devices.

Q. How many accounts I can add per device?
A. Official IG app supports adding up to 10 accounts but in our tool, we allow only 5 accounts per device by default Otherwise there will be no enough time in a day to finish the tasks in all accounts. But if you need to increase per device account limit for any reason we can increase for some extra charges. You need to contact us via any official support channel.

Q. Does it switch the accounts automatically?
A. Yes our tool supports automatic account switching. There is an option you can select when the account should be switched. There are three options. 1. Do Not Switch, 2. Switch for each operation, 3. After Daily Limits Reached

Q. Can I connect devices with WiFi instead of USB Cables?
A. Yes it's possible. To connect devices through WiFi you will need to perform few simple steps. If you ever need to do that just reach us any time we will guide you how to do that.

Q. What kind data you are collecting?
A. We collect nothing personal or sensitive from your mobile devices or PCs because we don’t need them. We just collect some system identifiers to validate license other than that we don't collect anything from your side. All the data like account usernames and stats etc will be stored locally. So you don't need to worry about your privacy.

Q. My Antivirus has flagged Jolie as Virus. What should I do?
A. You don’t need to worry about that. It’s definitely false positive alarm and it happens because we have used multiple programming languages to develop Jolie. You can completely trust us. In most of the cases Jolie will not be detected as a virus but if that happens you just need to add it to whitelist. There is nothing harmful in our software.
