1.) I've paid for a package, but I wasn't redirected to your order form. What happens next?


When you pay by credit or debit card without a Paypal account, you may need to click on the
link that says 'Return To' to be taken to our order form.


If you have missed the opportunity to do that then send us an email stating your name,
transaction number, URL and keywords. and we will get back to you as soon as we can.


2.) What anchor text percentages do you use for my keywords?

We are safe and conservative with the anchor text percentage we use for your keywords. The exact match and keyword phrases containing the exact match total around 5%.


However, we are aware that our customers may have specific needs. For example, some people who are using our package for diversity of link source and keywords may prefer us to use none of the target keywords that the page is optimized for so that they can focus their own PBN links on their target keywords.


If you have a special request about target keyword anchor text percentage then inform us in the 'Notes' section of the order form, or contact us by email.


3.) I'm looking to use this package for diversity, but I want to be able to spread it across multiple URLs that I am trying to rank, is this possible?

Yes, if the URLs are on the same website then this is fine. If you inform us of this in the 'Notes' section of our order form, along with the different URLs you want us to target then we will do this. Please be aware that if you split the links over multiple URLs then the ranking effects of the package will be diluted.
