Can you believe we’re coming to the end of July already? It must be true what they say, time flies when you’re having fun. To keep the fun times rolling, we’ve picked some amazing things to do in London this weekend. Come rain or shine, there is something for everyone, so go out there and have a great weekend!
Wine Tasting: Exploring Cabernet Sauvignon
If you need an excuse to drink wine this Friday (can’t think why you need one!) then join the South London Wine School to try what some would call the King of black grape varieties – the Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll sample some full bodied, rich, long lived wines, with incredible concentration and complexity. There’ll be six wines to try, including one from Bordeaux, the most famous of the French wine regions, some from Chile, the new world creating a really different style of Cabernet, as well as Australia, where ‘Coonawarra Cabernet’ is a style in its own right. This will be a night of blockbuster reds that is going to be a real treat!
