The exchange partnered with his foundation to offer students skills and opportunities in the bold new world of Web 3.0.
In its announcement, Crypto.com revealed it had partnered with the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJF) on the initiative.
“Together, we’re increasing educational and workforce development while delivering the tools and access that will empower the next generation to build a better and more inclusive future,” the announcement on Twitter stated

In his comments on the partnership, Lebron stated:
Blockchain technology is revolutionizing our economy, sports and entertainment, the art world, and how we engage with one another. I want to ensure that communities like the one I come from are not left behind.
He further claimed that the partnership comes from an alignment of goals between him and the exchange.
“We couldn’t be more proud to join LJFF in providing opportunities to increase educational and workforce development while delivering the tools and access that will empower the next generation to build a better and more inclusive future,” Kris Marszalek stated.
Crypto.com is on the record books as the company that has paid the most money for naming rights to a sports arena. As CNF reported, it forked out $700 million to change the name of Staples Center in Los Angeles to Crypto.com Arena. Incidentally, the arena is home to LA Lakers, the basketball team that the 37-year-old four-time champion Lebron plays for.
