Polyglamorous is hosting its 8 year anniversary celebration with some major talent, guaranteed to give you a night you won't soon forget. DJ Holographic is a one-woman funk machine born-and-raised in Detroit. Her mission is to serve a mix of musical cuisine that contains consuming house beats, passionate R&B, unreserved disco, true Detroit Techno, and Motown soul. Join her as she concocts her next rhythmic dish. Getting her start in the underground scene in Detroit (Necto, Marble Bar, TV Lounge, Grenadier Club), she’s now playing for parties both at home and across seas. She’s toured with Soul Clap for their E’Funk events in New York, D.C., and Berlin. Carl Craig personally picked DJ Holographic for Detroit Love’s events in Detroit, Barcelona, Paris, and New York. DJ Holographic was honored to be part of Blessed Madonna’s “We Still Believe Tour” in New York and L.A. Born and raised in west suburban Chicagoland, Shaun J. Wright spent most of their teen years immersed in the sounds of house music. Raised in the epicenter of house culture in the late 80's and early 90's, their love for dance music began to expand throughout their high school years. Beginning in 2008, Wright began a three-year collaboration with Hercules and Love Affair. Returning to Chicago in 2012, Wright paired with DJ and Producer Alinka, releasing their inaugural EP, Twirl, and going on to collaborate with a number of producers including Chrissy and Stereogamous. As a DJ, Wright has performed around the world, steadily exhilarating dance floors weaving live vocals throughout their sets. Also joining us is Jen DM who will be serving a sickening DJ set in the loft. Born in NY, Jen DM grew up on freestyle, 80s & 90s house music, 80s hip hop, new wave & punk- all of which inform her sets today. Jen DM is a founding member of electropop duo, Hi Fashion, whose single "Amazing" is featured regularly in TV & film. For the last 20 years, Jen has resided between SoCal and Norcal and has shared lineups with Hercules and Love Affair, The Blessed Madonna, and Lauren Flax. Polyglamorous residents BEYA and Mark O'Brien are rounding out the lineup. We're gonna let you have it!
