Can Cardano Beat EOS on CMC?

If the coin has used Smarcontract for its mainstay, then I make sure it will be very difficult to beat it.
EOS has issued a smart contract for ICO and that makes EOS stronger in its finances, as far as I know cardano doesn't open Smartcontracts
