With this role you will be expect to oversee cryptocurrency mining operations, implementing policies and procedures, engaging with contractors and other 3rd parties, & various responsibilities as directed & responsibility for various metrics such as, site hash rate, & operational budget
Coordinate with inventory & logistic team on supply, equipment & tool need
Create & maintain onsite SOP and EOP procedure
Responsible for the scheduling & assignment of maintenance projects to Site Engineers & Technicians & Ensuring adequate staffing levels & coordinating, training, onboarding of new site employee
Management of time off request weekly labor hours approval and edit & schedule assignment in time tracking system & also Ensuring site safety & regulatory compliance
Processing of site invoicing, receipt and purchasing record
3-6 Yr of Management/Supervisory Experience with direct report & IT/Networking & or Electrical/Construction/Mechanical fields
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
