The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support to our NFT drops with a specific and nuanced skill set. Please read thoroughly the below duties/responsibilities.



Duties/Responsibilities:

Through scripting, generate NFT art for large collections.
Own product drop sheets (NFT drop & bulk ingestion sheets)
Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow & communication
Conceptualize and develop Javascript scripts for NFT art generation
Work side-by-side with an NFT Art Director to problem solve and ideate trait compatibility
Conceptualize and create NFT rarity percentages for NFT drops of 30,000+ pieces
Own all communication and execution with 3rd party NFT listing websites
Conceptualize and create NFT traits for NFT drops of 30,000+ pieces
Identify major blog and forum websites to promote and shill NFT drops on
Conceptualize and deploy allowlists for all NFT projects
Own all NFT pitch decks (proposal documents)
Conceptualize all NFT drop redeemables
Conceptualize all redeemables execution plans
Create all NFT collection pages and profile pages
Liaise with community managers to coordinate the notification and outreach to redeemable winners
Ensure all redeemables are sent and delivered to the correct redeemable winners
Frequently report to the Head of Content Marketing & NFTs with updates, roadblocks, gaps, wins and losses


Required Education/Experience:

Proficiency in Javascript, Solidity and other coding languages
Deep understanding and experience of launching NFT projects
Deep understanding of the crypto, NFT & Web3 market as a whole
Deep understanding of current NFT collections & their marketing tactics
The ability to problem solve on the spot with little to no supervision
Deep understanding and experience of what it means to work in a remote job with a fast-paced agency setting
Deep understanding of AGILE and SCRUM methodologies
Crypto enthusiast & deep understanding of all its aspects
Team player
Medium-level copywriting experience
Deep understanding and experience with Google and all its office products (GDocs, Sheets, Meet, Slides etc.)
Superb communication
Ability to provide quality deliverables with a quick turnaround time under pressure
5+ years experience in marketing
3+ years experience in crypto (NFTs, DAOs, Tokens, etc)
Deep understanding of project & time management
Proficiency using Monday.com or similar project management software
Proficiency using Slack
