The minimum qualifications

4+ years of experience in growth or a similar role
Track record of creating and executing successful growth campaigns across a range of channels
Experience with social media, content, and PR strategies
Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop expertise in the space
Self-motivated and adaptable with high standards of excellence
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
