Responsibilities
Ingest Creative Requests from internal clients, interpret needs and vet for gaps in intelligence and materials/assets. Conducts outreach to fill all gaps
Work with CMO & CD and cross-functionally to strategize, establish reasonable timeline, and assign to appropriate team members
Responsible for administrative duties stemming from creative/marketing sync
Facilitate and maintain all project related assets, including filing incoming assets from clients, and the delivery of assets to internal and third party clients/partners
Coordinate meetings to support project kick-offs, mid-project status update, and post-mortem discussions
Gather pertinent intel, (e.g. distilling client expectations etc.), and necessary assets, (e.g. logos, approved copy, style & brand guides, etc.), for creative team to utilize at outset of execution
Attends meetings and conferences both within and outside the company relative to the department's operation
Handles and safeguards confidential and proprietary information
Perform all diverse physical tasks necessary to complete all the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
Work at and utilize all necessary functions of a computer in order to complete all the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
Qualifications
Effective written and spoken communication skills for internal and external projects consistent with the company’s core values
Deep understanding of creative materials and documents and have the ability to recognize and extract critical data
General computer skills and a working knowledge of MacOS, MSFT, Google Workspace, Project Management Software, (Monday, Asana or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis in knowledge of creative and marketing practices
Strong project management skills
Understanding and experience within professional creative practices (as a Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director or similar)
Ability to adhere to deadlines and execute on tasks and handle multiple, diverse assignments while producing quality work and being accountable
Ability to work well on a team and be open to multiple points of view to discover what is true
Demonstrate ability to be innovative and suggest change/improvements within scope of work Anticipates needs and creates efficient and effective processes
Self-starter, self-motivated, and takes responsibility/ownership of tasks
Thinks outside the box proactively, strategically and analytically
Bachelor’s degree with a major in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Highly organized and be able to manage multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
Showcase strong written and oral communication skill
Showcase excellent analytical, critical thinking, and evaluative skills in tasks
The salary range for this role is $78,000 - $85,000 per year commensurate with experience
